Refund & Returns Policy

At Sweet Thingz, all of our products are made and packed with care. Because we sell fresh and perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice, or products that have already been collected or delivered.

No Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if you change your mind, no longer need the item, ordered the wrong product, or selected the wrong flavour, size, or quantity.

Spoiled or Unsafe Products

If your order arrives spoiled, unsafe to eat, damaged, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can look into it.

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and include:

  • Your name and order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • The date and time the product was received or collected

Once we have reviewed the issue, we may offer a suitable remedy such as a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.

Food Safety

Please do not consume any product you believe may be spoiled or unsafe. Keep the product and packaging where possible, as we may need photos or further information to assess the issue.

Order Cancellations

Because our products may be made to order, cancellations are only accepted before your order has started being prepared. Once preparation has begun, we may not be able to cancel or refund the order.
